Our courses offer highly qualified training for anyone who wants to become an ice-cream maker and to start up their own business with competence and passion. Our master Maurizio Poloni, an artisan ice-cream maker since 1981, carries out the technical and practical training alongside a team of teachers and assistants.

Level I

The Basic Course in ice-cream making consists of a training course of 5lessons,each 5hours long, from Monday to Friday. The course is aimed at aspiring ice-cream makers who want to acquire the basic techniques for making traditional Italian-style ice-cream.

LEVEL II

A course of 5 lessons, each 5 hours long, from Monday to Friday. Aimed at anyone who has already attended the basic course. This is a practical course aimed at the knowledge of production processes, the study of recipes and the offer to the public.

3-week course from Monday to Friday consisting of theoretical and practical lessons held at Artico School. Dedicated to aspiring Ice-Cream Chefs who will acquire the practical skills and theoretical knowledge they need to create their own recipes.

A course of 3 lessons, each 4 hours long, Monday to Friday. Aimed at anyone who wants to easily find a job in an ice-cream parlour by learning the techniques and manual skills for selling ice cream and learning the skills for proper sales management.
