This page describes how the website is managed with reference to the processing of the personal data of users who consult it and, in certain cases, release their data.

Purpose of data processing

The processing connected to the web services of this site is aimed at:

-       information services and course reservations

No data from the web service is communicated or disclosed to third parties.

The personal data provided by users who submit requests for services are used for the sole purpose of carrying out the service or provision requested and are not disclosed to third parties unless the communication is required by law or is strictly necessary for the fulfillment of the requests.


Type of processed data

Browsing data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could allow users to be identified through processing and association with data held by third parties. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) ​​addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error ...) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. With the exception of what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data to request the services offered by the company; failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain the requested service.


Methods of data processing and storage terms

Personal data are processed with automated IT tools for the time necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected. Once this purpose is achieved, the data is deleted and no further use for other purposes will be possible. It is pointed out that specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.


Circulation of data

The treatments connected to the web services of this site are handled by Idea Docet S.r.l. which has been entrusted with a specific role of manager or person in charge of the treatment and to whom adequate operating instructions have been given.

  •       obtain the limitation of the processing, where one of the hypotheses provided for by article 18 GDPR occurs;
  •       ask for the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, or in the presence of one of the other conditions provided for by art. 17, paragraph 1, lett. a), b) c) and f of the GDPR,
  •       to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment, or to oppose the treatment in the other cases provided for by art. 21, paragraphs 2 and 3 and 22 GDPR.
  •       revoke your freely given consent to the processing of personal data for one or more specific purposes at any time
  •       obtain the release of personal data being processed in a format compatible with standard IT applications, to allow their transfer to other platforms of your choice, without impeding the direct transmission of the data processed to another Data Controller, where such direct transmission is technically feasible (so-called right to data portability).

In the event of failure or partial response of the owner to the aforementioned requests, the interested party will have the right to lodge a complaint or appeal to the Guarantor for the protection of personal data within the terms and in the manner prescribed by current legislation
