Artico Gelateria opens its 4th store in Milan, Città Studi Area

The rise of the Arctic family to conquer the city with the opening of the fourth Gelateria with a chocolate and pistachio flavor, with an eye to vegan and lactose-free flavors. A certainly not an easy goal during this last and complex year, which however managed to materialize thanks to a close-knit work group made up of the family of Maestro Poloni, with his wife Antonella Olivieri and daughter Laura, and the partners Fabrizio Fioretti and Raffaele Matrone. A working and passionate synergy which at the beginning of the same year, 2021, also saw the birth of the third ice cream parlor in Via Brera 29. Proof of the fact that the ice cream product, and in particular the high quality products of Artico, do not they have seen setbacks. "A success that we have been chasing for some time because we are proud of our gelato and we know the commitment and quality we put into our work. Each new opening seals a path dedicated exclusively to quality, since the first day we started in 2012. In this case we are proud to bring a gelato awarded by Gambero Rosso with the highest recognition in a residential neighborhood ”, comments Fioretti. The restaurant in Via Pacini will work following the same principles as the other stores: experience, craftsmanship, excellence, aromas and flavors that have always characterized the Artico Gelaterie, taste-cultural temples in which all the senses are involved in the absolute transparency and genuineness of the real Italian gelato. “The will is to offer a leading product, traditional and contemporary at the same time. We will focus a lot on seasonal, vegan tastes and for lactose intolerant (among the first to do so in the city), in total there will be 24 and will be produced in the visible laboratories overlooking the street ”, says Maestro Poloni.
