The first course is dedicated to those who do not yet have skills in the field of basic techniques to produce homemade Italian ice cream. The Second Course, the advanced, is aimed at those who have already completed the course and want to perfect their skills
The full length of the Basic Course + Advanced Course is of 5 Lessons (35 hours).
Each Lesson takes place from 9,30 AM to 4,30 PM.

Pay Attention. In the registration price it is to be considered as included all the material needed to carry out the lessons. Our last generation lab is, in fact, provided with all the equipment present within a normal ice cream shop.
